Clear Utility Solutions Renewal Offer Promise

We aim to beat the estimated annual cost of your current supplier’s initial renewal offer based on either your industry annual consumption or the consumption provided to us by you. Should we be unable to recommend a deal that generates a cheaper annual cost, then Clear Utility Solutions will pay up to £1000.
 

• The offer is only valid to new customers to Clear Utility Solutions with an annual consumption of under 100,000 units and not more than 5 non daily metered / non half hourly metered energy supplies of either gas or electricity. The quote must be on a like-for-like basis and include any extra charges such as meter operator charges, VAT, CCL etc. and the offer made by Clear Utility Solutions must be identical to the incumbent supplier initial renewal (ie. fixed, contract term, annual consumption, etc).

• The competing offer must be the initial offering provided in writing by the incumbent supplier and must not include any other promotions or cash back offers, etc, or have been received though any third party such as a competing energy consultant. It must be valid and available at the time of submission and evidence may be required by Clear Utility Solutions of this.

• The contract start date must be within 90 days of the date of the quote and it must have been received after the date that a contract was agreed through Clear Utility Solutions. A new contract must not have been previously agreed for the meter being quoted.

• The contract agreed must be validated by the supplier before making a claim under this offer.

• The Renewal Offer promise will be calculated as the value of the difference in cost between the contract agreed with Clear Utility Solutions and the incumbent supplier’s initial renewal quote, as outlined above, up to a maximum of £1000.

• Clear Utility Solutions Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time without notice.
