Ouse & Cherwell
Ouse & Cherwell originated on 1st May 1967 following the amalgamation of 48 Members from ‘Ouse Valley Trading Co. Ltd’ and 38 Members from ‘Cherwell Farmers Co. Ltd’. The Group was established by six local farmers as they were disgruntled with the situation for purchasing their main farm supplies and thought they could do better – strength in numbers! This was a common theme of the time, as the 1960’s were a boom period for farmer owned cooperatives and buying groups to be established.

Mercy in Action
In 2003 Mercy in Action became a registered charity as we began working amidst some of the poorest communities in the Philippines. From those 5 street kids we grew into working with hundreds of homeless children who were being neglected, abused and trafficked on the streets. Many of them have now been supported into education, employment and housing.

The Northamptonshire County Association of Local Councils is a not for profit membership organisation, representing, training and advising the parish and town councils of Northamptonshire, who are the grass roots of local government.
We provide member councils with vital operational information and facilitate communication at all levels of the parish council network - district, county, regional and national.
CAPALC
Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Association of Local Councils (CAPALC) a not for profit organisation, representing, training and advising the 260 Local Councils (Town, Parish and Community) and Parish Meetings, in the 4 Districts within Cambridgeshire and the Unitary Authority area of Peterborough. The Association is the first point of contact for the more than 2,000 elected Town, Parish and Community Councillors in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough who are working to improve their communities.
We got in touch with the team at Clear Utility Solutions after hearing about them from the Derbyshire Association of Local Councils. Our electricity contracts were due for renewal last year and the team secured us a great deal I can't recommend them highly enough. Brilliant service!
