In the latest instalment of Clear Conversations, we catch up with Chloe Morgan, our newest Utility Specialist, who joined the team earlier this month.
Who are you and what’s your role at Clear Utility Solutions?
I'm Chloe Morgan. As a Utility Specialist, I guide customers through their options to find the most efficient and cost-effective solutions. I love combining my expertise with a personal touch to make the process easy and stress-free.
Tell us a bit about your background and what brought you to CUS?
After five years in the energy industry as a Sales Negotiator, I’ve thrived on building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth through long-term retention. I’m passionate about working closely with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering real value. I’m excited to be joining CUS because of its positive, people-first culture and the opportunity to continue growing my industry knowledge while building lasting, meaningful relationships.
What’s something you’ve learned already in your time here?
It’s still very early days for me, but so far I’ve loved how welcoming and collaborative the team is. It’s clear there’s a strong focus on doing the right thing for customers, which has made settling in feel easier.
What do you enjoy most about your role?
I really enjoy helping customers and working as part of a team. Problem-solving together and knowing you’ve made a positive difference to someone’s experience is what motivates me day to day.
What’s something people might not expect about you?
I can do 43 push ups.
When you’re not at work, what keeps you busy?
I love getting my dog out, followed by some gym time.
